Seetours
Seetours targets price-conscious travellers with its own offer formats, such as on-board credit, extras, combination packages and last-minute deals. This creates another sales channel alongside aida.de and an additional traffic source for AIDA Cruises.
The website combines data from AIDA Cruises' booking system with a distinct brand presence and editorial content. Our task was to design this connection, implement it technically and support it reliably in daily operation.

Travel dates, cabin categories, ports and availability must become an understandable choice.
Destination, dates, duration, ship and a price ceiling narrow the selection. Prices and availability are queried through the booking interface; results lead directly into booking. We retain slower-changing master data locally.
Itinerary, ports, duration, ship and price appear side by side, making decisions easier without constantly switching between individual trips.
Destination, dates, duration and budget create a personal price alert. A dedicated microservice tracks price changes. Confirmation and cancellation use signed email links without a user account; registration is confirmed through double opt-in.

The sales brand relies on curated offers. Dates, availability and editorial references must remain up to date.
Nightly processes check deals against booking data, update booking links and remove expired dates. When nothing remains bookable, the offer is marked as ended and references disappear from pages that include it.
Ship profiles, port and destination pages, and guides answer pre-booking questions. Editorial entry points link to suitable cruises.
Position data, maps, itinerary tables and on-board cameras give visitors reasons to return before and after a trip.
Partner landing pages can have dedicated service contacts and booking identifiers. Their assignment is configured and included in booking links.
Seetours
For offer pages, the system condenses travel data from AIDA's booking system into context. Image references from the AIDA Lounge, internal link targets and brand writing rules complete the prompt. The model writes a draft; software then checks and repairs the HTML and validates the links.
Prices and personal data are not sent to the model. Prices come from the booking system.
The model receives a text prompt and returns text. It does not access the platform itself.
Every draft is saved unpublished. Editors review it and decide whether to publish. Data flows, data categories and risk assessment are documented.
